Are you a victim of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any other crime?
Getsy is an adult advertising platform where individuals can create adult dating profiles. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of human trafficking. However, please note that Getsy does not actively monitor, edit, or review the content submitted by third-party users. Our role is limited to providing a technological infrastructure for user-generated content.
Customers play a critical role in stopping human trafficking. If you notice any advertisement that appears to involve an underage individual or someone who might be in need of help, please contact the New Zealand Police as well as notify Getsy immediately. The New Zealand Police are there to assist you and protect victims.
If you suspect that an escort or other sex worker may be trafficked, exploited, or underage, please report your suspicions to the police right away. Clients have a vital part to play in ending sex trafficking and exploitation in New Zealand. Do your part and stay vigilant.
Getsy’s Zero-Tolerance Policy
- All advertisements containing illegal content, including references to underage persons or forced situations, will be removed without notice.
- If we discover or receive credible reports that a profile contains evidence of sexual abuse, human trafficking, or exploitation, we will take immediate action, including notifying law enforcement.
- Getsy saves the IP addresses of all users. Any sign of illegal activity will be forwarded to the police in accordance with New Zealand laws.
- Getsy reserves the right to pursue legal action against any users who violate our Terms of Service, including those involved in or promoting trafficking or exploitation.
